Chocolate full health benefits
Chocolate proverbial food of the gods can slightly lower blood pressure in people with mild hypertension, doctors report today in an analysis that highlights the health benefits of a treat.
German researchers writing in the Journal of American Medical Association say dark chocolate is so rich in the class of biochemicals called flavonols that they actually produce favorable effects on the cardiovascular system system. Only 30 calories dollars – about the size of a Hershey's Kiss – not only helped lower blood pressure, but high rates Nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels.

"I noticed that people, especially here on Long Island, does not like the idea of having hypertension, but they are still bringing me lists of supplements and vitamins and orders the food store they want to take,
