I want to make a sticky red filled chocolates Halloween?
I'm making some chocolate pumpkins for Halloween, I have the molds and I want to put a landfill in half the chocolate so goo like blood when you bite into the chocolates. Does anyone have any good easy recipe for the middle Sticky?
Take whipped frosting and tint of red. If too thick, add a little milk to thin.

How do I melt chocolate for chocolate lollipops?
Hi, My teacher used two glass jars to melt the chocolate. It would use one for water and one for chocolate. She put the pot of chocolate on top of the pan of water. So I want to know if this method is required. Can not we just melt the chocolate in a saucepan and it must be a glass jar? Moreover, the chocolate should I use to make chocolate lollipops? Is it ok HERSHEY'S kisses? Is Shop Rite have the chocolate and the mold. Thank you in advance.
